1. Check condenser coil and clean.

2. Check and adjust blower components

3. Check operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge.

4. Check thermostat calibration

5. Check safety controls where applicable

6. Check all electrical connections

7. Check voltage and amperage on motors.

8. Check condensate drain and clean.

9. Change or clean air filters

10. Lubricate all moving parts where necessary

11. Check for correct air flow & balance

12. Check starting capabilities

1. Check and calibrate thermostat heating anticipators

2. Inspect automatic blower control

3. Oil and check the fan motor bearings where applicable

4. Safety and efficiency check of low voltage wiring

5. Oil and check bearings

6. Adjust fan on-off control and set differential

7. Check transformer's output

8. Check thermostat contacts

9. Check heater stack switch
